Appointment of Company Secretary
Centuria Capital Limited ( CNI / Company ) wishes to advise shareholders it has today appointed Mrs. Lucy Rowe as Company Secretary. Mrs. Rowe has an established career in the financial services industry over the last 14 years, graduating from the University of New South Wales with a Graduate Diploma of Legal Studies in 2006. Mrs. Rowe has held the position of Company Secretary in other ASX listed entities over the last five years.
The Board of Directors also announces today Mr. Terry Reid has resigned as Company Secretary from CNI. Mr. Reid continues in his senior management role with CNI’s Friendly Society subsidiary Centuria Life Limited and the Board wishes to thank Mr. Reid for acting in this dual capacity over recent years.
