Centuria Capital Limited – Market Update
Centuria Property Trust IPO
Centuria Capital this morning announced that it has made a decision not to proceed with its proposed listing of Centuria Property Trust in connection with Northpoint Tower.
Whilst there was good support for the Trust’s strategy and management, Centuria is disappointed the offering did not receive sufficient demand to complete the IPO notwithstanding the strong lead from domestic and Asian retail investors.
Centuria remains committed to delivering quality real estate investment funds for its clients and retains its aspiration to create a listed real estate funds management platform under listed property CEO, Nicholas Collishaw.
Board Appointment
The Board of Centuria Capital Limited is pleased to announce the appointment of Nicholas Collishaw to the Board of Centuria Capital Limited, effective immediately.
Chairman Roger Dobson said “Centuria is firmly committed to establishing a listed property trust vehicle under the guidance of Mr Collishaw and his experience and counsel will be a welcome addition to our Board.”
