RESIGNATION OF CEO

Mr Christopher Martin has announced his resignation as Chief Executive Officer of Over Fifty Group Limited.

Mr John McBain has been appointed acting CEO.

Mr McBain was a founding director of Century Funds Management, the property funds management business acquired by the Company in 2006. He has been a director of Century since 1998 and a director of OFG since 2006.

OFG’s chairman, Mr Roger Dobson, said “We are pleased to announce the appointment of Mr McBain to the role of acting CEO. His experience as an OFG main board director and as an executive director of our largest operating division will ensure the smooth continuance of day to day operations throughout the group.”

Mr McBain will continue to undertake his executive functions within Century Funds Management alongside Mr Jason Huljich, Century CEO and Head of Property – OFG.
