Notification of Annual General Meeting and Closing Date for Director Nominations
SYDNEY (Wednesday, 1 October 2025) – Centuria Capital Group ( ASX: CNI or “Centuria”), confirms details for the 2025 Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) and closing date for director nominations.
2025 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The CNI stapled securityholders’ AGM for the financial year ended 30 June 2025 will be held on Friday, 28 November 2025 at the Museum of Sydney, on the corner of Bridge Street and Phillip Street, Sydney. Registration will open at 11:00am (AEDT) and the AGM will commence at 12:00pm (AEDT).
Securityholders who usually receive hard copy AGM documentation and Annual Report are encouraged to opt in to receiving them electronically by emailing [email protected] and providing their email address before 17 October 2025.
CLOSING DATE FOR DIRECTOR NOMINATIONS
The closing date for director nominations is Friday, 10 October 2025. All director nominations, including the signed consent of the candidates, must be received by CNI on or before that closing date.
Director nominations can be sent by email to [email protected] or by mail marked for the attention of the Company Secretary to the following address:
