Notification of Annual General Meeting (AGM) and FY20 Reporting Dates
SYDNEY (13 July 2020) – Centuria Capital Group (ASX: CNI or “Centuria”) advises its 2020 AGM of stapled securityholders for the financial year ended 30 June 2020 will be held on Monday 2 November 2020, commencing from 10:00 am (AEST).
Due to continuing developments in relation to COVID-19, the AGM will be held as a virtual meeting.
Further information on how shareholders may participate in the virtual meeting will be provided in the Notice of AGM.
FY20 Reporting Date
CNI also advises its full year financial results will be announced on Wednesday 12 August 2020.
