Notification of revised Annual General Meeting (AGM) Date

SYDNEY (22 September 2020) – Centuria Capital Group (ASX: CNI or “Centuria”) advises that further to its announcement on 13 July 2020, the 2020 AGM of stapled securityholders for the financial year ended 30 June 2020 will now be held virtually on Friday 20 November 2020, commencing from 11:00 am (AEST).

CNI also advises that the closing date for receipt of Director nominations is 30 September 2020.
