Centuria Capital Group (“Centuria” or ASX: CNI ) is pleased to announce the date and location of the 2019 Annual General Meeting ( AGM )
Centuria Capital Group advises that its 2019 AGM of stapled securityholders for the financial year ended 30 June 2019 will be held on Thursday, 14 November 2019.
The AGM will be held at Sofitel Sydney Wentworth, 61 – 101 Phillip Street, Sydney commencing at 10:00 am. Shareholder registration will open at 9:30 am.
Further details regarding the AGM will be provided in the Notice of Annual General Meeting.
