Dear Shareholder

IMPORTANT ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING – STRATEGIC REVIEW

The Board recently announced that it has appointed Macquarie Bank to conduct a strategic review of the company’s business and operations.

It is our aim to ensure that a range of options are assessed against the goal of maximising shareholder value.

I believe that the completion of the strategic review is of vital importance in determining the future direction of the company.

There are a number of Board positions being contested at our forthcoming Annual General Meeting, and you will be invited to determine the composition of the Board.

This is a very significant development which warrants your careful consideration and attention.

We will shortly be forwarding to you formal notice of the Annual General Meeting to be held on 28 November 2007 at the RACV Club, Melbourne. At that time I will seek your support for the current Board, either by your vote at the meeting, or by your proxy.

Please give the Notice your careful consideration as your vote will be very important in determining who represents you.
