This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on Thursday, 13[th] February, 2020 to inter‐alia consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the third quarter and nine months ended 31[st] December, 2019. This notice is pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
Further, in continuation to our disclosure on Trading Window Closure dated 31[st] December, 2019 and pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, the ‘Trading Window’ for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the Designated Persons of the Company till Monday, 17[th] February, 2020.
