Sub: Rescheduling the Board Meeting and Trading Window Closure Ref: SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CMD1/CIR/P/2020/106 dated 24[th] June, 2020
This is with reference to the above cited subject and in continuation to our communication letter dated 22[nd] June, 2020, the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company was scheduled on Tuesday, 30[th] June, 2020 inter‐alia to consider and approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the fourth quarter and financial year ended 31[st] March, 2020 and consider the recommendation of Dividend, if any, for the financial year ended 31[st] March, 2020.
In this regard, we would like to inform you that the meeting of Board of Directors has been postponed and the same will be rescheduled. The revised date for the Board Meeting will be intimated in due course of time.
This is pursuant to extension of time for submission of financial results as granted by SEBI vide its Circular reference number: SEBI/HO/CFD/CMD1/CIR/P/2020/106 dated 24[th] June, 2020.
Further, the closure of the Trading Window as intimated to the Stock Exchanges earlier, will continue till 48 hours after the declaration of audited financial results of the Company for the fourth quarter and financial year ended 31[st] March, 2020.
