Sub: Disclosure under the Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and amendments thereto (‘Listing Regulations’).
Pursuant to Regulation 30, read with Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform that Centum Electronics Limited (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) has received intimation letters dated 29th August, 2023 from Mr.Apparao V Mallavarapu, Promoter of the Company and Ms.Tanya Mallavarapu belonging to the Promoter Group of the Company. As per the said intimation letters, Mr.Apparao V Mallavarapu has transferred 6,44,240 shares to Ms.Tanya Mallavarapu by way of gift through an off-market inter-se transfer between promoters and promoter group without consideration.
