Centum Electronics Limited (“the Company”) is pleased to inform that the Company has entered into a teaming agreement with Indra Air Traffic Inc, a global leader in defence, air traffic and space technologies, to jointly develop and manufacture advanced air navigation systems for the Indian naval forces.

This strategic partnership represents a significant milestone in advancing indigenous capability in defence systems and aligns with the Government of India’s Aatmanirbhar Bharat initiative.

Under the agreement, Centum and Indra will collaborate to manufacture state-of-the-art air navigation systems in India, leveraging Centum’s strong engineering, R&D, and high-reliability manufacturing capabilities together with Indra’s global expertise and advanced technology solutions. The partnership is expected to strengthen operational readiness and provide missioncritical, cutting-edge systems to India’s armed forces.

This partnership underscores the Company’s continued commitment to innovation and strengthening India’s defence manufacturing ecosystem.
