This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on Friday, 11[th] August, 2023 inter-alia to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the first quarter ended 30[th] June 2023. This notice is pursuant to Regulation 29 & 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
Further, in continuation to our disclosure on Trading Window Closure dated 29[th] June, 2023 and pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and in accordance with the Company’s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trades in securities by Designated Persons, the ‘Trading Window’ for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the Designated Persons of the Company till 13[th] August, 2023.
Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations, we are also enclosing herewith the invitation for the earnings call with Investors/Analysts to discuss on the Company’s financial and operational performance for the first quarter ended June 30, 2023 scheduled on Monday, August 14, 2023 at 14:00 hours (IST).
