As per Regulation 30 read with Schedule III and other applicable provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“SEBI LODR Regulations”), this is to inform you that Dr. Vinod Chippalkatti, previously President - Strategic Electronics Business Unit (SEBU) has been redesignated as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) – Centum Group with immediate effect. He continues to be a part of the Senior Management of the Company.
The details as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI LODR Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 for the above redesignation in Senior Management Personnel are given as Annexure A.
