This is to inform you that Mr. Manoj Nagrath (01974412) and Mr. Rajiv C Mody (DIN: 00092037) will cease to be Independent Directors of the Company with effect from the close of business hours on August 6, 2025, upon completion of their second and final term as Independent Directors, in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
The Board of Directors places on record its sincere appreciation for the invaluable contributions and guidance provided by Mr. Manoj Nagrath and Mr. Rajiv C Mody during their tenure on the Board and its Committees.
