• a) consider and approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the fourth quarter and year ended 31[st] March, 2024.

• b) consider the recommendation of Dividend, if any, for the financial year ended 31[st] March, 2024

This notice is pursuant to Regulation 29 and Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

Further, in continuation to our disclosure on Trading Window Closure dated 26[th] March, 2024 pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, the ‘Trading Window’ for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the Designated Persons of the Company till Friday, 24th May, 2024.
