This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on Tuesday, 7[th] February 2023 inter-alia to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the third quarter ended 31[st] December 2022. This notice is pursuant to Regulation 29 & 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

Further, in continuation to our disclosure on Trading Window Closure dated 29[th] December 2022 and pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and in accordance with the Company’s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trades in securities by Designated Persons, the ‘Trading Window’ for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the Designated Persons of the Company till Thursday, 9[th] February 2023.
