Ms. Indu H S is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and possesses about 8 years of experience in corporate governance, corporate secretarial affairs, compliances, board processes and legal. Ms. Indu H S is not related to any of the Directors/Key Managerial Personnel of the Company.
