	3. ಕಂಪನಿಯ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರ ಮಂಡಳಿಯು ಮೇ 29, 2019 ರಂದು ನಡೆದ ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ, ಮಾರ್ಚ್ 31, 2019ಕ್ಕೆ ಕೊನೆಗೊಂಡ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ವರ್ಷದ ಅವಧಿಗೆ ಷೇರು ಬಂಡವಾಳದ ಮೇಲೆ ಪ್ರತಿ 10 ರೂ. ಷೇರಿಗೆ ರೂ. 4/– ಡಿವಿಡೆಂಡ್ ಆನ್ನು ಶಿಫಾರಸು ಮಾಡಿದೆ. ಈ ಅಂತಿಮ ಡಿವಿಡೆಂಡ್ ಆನ್ನು, ಕಂಪನಿಯ ವಾರ್ಷಿಕ ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಷೇರುದಾರರ ಆನುಮೋದನೆಗೆ ಒಳಪಟ್ಟಿರುತ್ತದೆ.
