With deep sadness and profound grief, we wish to inform about the sad and untimely demise of Mr. Alpesh Shah, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company, in the late hours last night.

Mr. Alpesh Shah was associated with the Centrum Group for more than 16 years. He joined the Company as an Assistant Manager in the Investment Banking Team. During his stint he was an integral part of various fund raising and other projects of the Companies in the Centrum Group. He was a proponent for adhering to good corporate governance and compliance principles. He was respected and enjoyed a good rapport with the members of the Board and the Board committees, shareholders as well as his team members and officers of the Centrum Group.

His presence will be missed by the Centrum Family.
