Cancellation of treasury shares
Centrica plc (the "Company")
3 June 2024
Centrica plc announces that on 31 May 2024 it cancelled 96,065,489 of the Company's Ordinary shares of 6 14/81 pence each, previously held in treasury, in line with the Company's policy to maintain the number of treasury shares below 10% of total issued share capital.
Following the above cancellation, Centrica holds 477,150,943 ordinary shares in treasury, representing 8.25% of the Company's issued share capital excluding treasury shares.
In accordance with Listing Rule 12.6.4, the Company discloses the following information:
