Blocklisting Application

Application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange Plc for a total of 14,000,000 ordinary shares of 6 14/81 pence each ("shares") to be admitted to the Official List. It is expected that admission will be granted on 18 November 2019.

These shares are being reserved under block listings and will be issued in connection with awards of shares under the Centrica Share Incentive Plan (2,000,000 shares), Centrica North American Employee Share Purchase Plan (800,000 shares), Centrica On Track Incentive Plan (incorporating the Centrica Conditional Share Incentive Plan) (10,000,000 shares), and Centrica Long Term Incentive Plan (1,200,000 shares).

When issued, these shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares.
