Total Voting Rights

In conformity with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules (‘the Rules’), we notify the market of the following:

As at 30 June 2015 the issued capital of the Company comprised 5,050,699,199 ordinary shares of 614/81 pence (‘Shares’). This figure excludes 62,848,595 Shares held in treasury. All of the issued Shares carry voting rights of one vote per share.

The figure of 5,050,699,199 may be used by shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Rules.
