CENTRICA PLC - CAPITAL MARKETS DAY

Centrica plc will today host a Capital Markets Day for institutional investors and analysts in London.  The event will provide an update on the progress made in implementing the Group's strategy, insight into the Group's Consumer and Business strategy and growth potential, and will showcase its capabilities and technologies.

The presentation will commence at 09:00 BST and is expected to conclude at around 11:15 BST including a question and answer session.  It will be webcast at https://www.centrica.com/cmd2017 and can also be accessed via conference call on +44 (0)20 3059 8125.  Slides will be available on the Centrica website from 08:30 BST. 

The presentation will be followed by a series of breakout sessions, with content from these available on the Centrica website from 12:00 BST.  The day will conclude with a wrap-up and final question and answer session at around 15:45 BST, which will also be webcast.

Centrica's Interim Results for the first six months of 2017 are due to be released on 1 August 2017.
