Publication of Drawdown Prospectus

The following Drawdown Prospectus dated 3 September 2013 (the Drawdown Prospectus) has been approved by the UK Listing Authority and is available for viewing:

Drawdown Prospectus for the issue of £50,000,000 4.25 per cent. Notes due 12 September 2044 to be consolidated and form a single series with the £500,000,000 4.25 per cent. Notes due 12 September 2044 issued on 12 September 2012 under the U.S.$8,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme.

The Drawdown Prospectus should be read and construed in conjunction with the documents incorporated by reference therein.
