17 February 2016 (under the obligations imposed by Section 5 of the FCA's Disclosure & Transparency Rules) that on 16 February 2016, Invesco Limited had a notifiable interest in 253,431,126 ordinary shares of 614/81 pence each in the Company, representing approximately 4.99% of the Company’s issued share capital.
