Centrica plc received notice on 1 October 2015 (under the obligations imposed by Section 5 of the FCA's Disclosure & Transparency Rules), that on 29 September 2015, UBS Investment Bank had a notifiable interest in 266,913,175 ordinary shares of 614/81 pence each in the Company, representing approximately 5.28% of the Company’s issued share capital.
