Centrica plc (the "Company") announces that it was notified of the following transactions in respect of the Company's ordinary shares of 614/81 pence ("Shares") by Executive Directors.

The following notifications, made pursuant to Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation, provide further details.   

(i)           Vesting of Award - Long Term Incentive Plan

On 7 August 2018, an award vested under the Centrica Long Term Incentive Plan.  The award was granted on 7 August 2015.

The vesting of the award was subject to the satisfaction of performance conditions.  Following the sale of Shares for tax, the remaining Shares are subject to a two-year mandatory holding period until 7 August 2020.
