Director Shareholdings
Acquisition of Shares
On 25 March 2015, in accordance with Share Purchase Agreements entered into with the Company by the following individuals, the following purchases were made:
- Margherita Della Valle, a Director of the Company, purchased 748 Shares at a price of 257.4 pence per Share; and
- Ian Meakins, a Director of the Company, purchased 719 Shares at a price of 257.4 pence per Share.
The Company was notified of the transactions, which all took place in London, on 25 March 2015.
