Acquisition of Shares

On 22 December 2014, Rick Haythornthwaite, a Director of the Company, acquired 20,000 ordinary shares of the Company of 6 14/81 pence each (Shares) at a price of 275.90 pence per Share. Following this acquisition, Mr Haythornthwaite holds 32,500 Shares. The Company was notified of the transaction, which took place in London, on 22 December 2014. This announcement is made following notifications under Disclosure Rule 3.1.2.

On 19 December 2014, Iain Conn, who has been appointed as Chief Executive of the Company with effect from 1 January 2015, acquired 40,000 Shares of the Company at a price of 271.07 pence per Share. Following this acquisition, Mr Conn holds 40,812 Shares.
