Director Shareholdings
Acquisition of Shares
On 25 November 2014, in accordance with Share Purchase Agreements entered into with the Company by the following individuals, the following purchases were made:
- Margherita Della Valle, a Director of the Company, purchased 674 Shares at a price of 285.90 pence per Share;
- Ian Meakins, a Director of the Company, purchased 494 Shares at a price of 285.90 pence per Share; and
- Lesley Knox, a Director of the Company, purchased 712 Shares at a price of 285.90 pence per Share.
The Company was notified of the transactions, which all took place in London, on 28 November 2014.
