Director Shareholdings

Acquisition of Shares

On 27 October 2014, in accordance with Share Purchase Agreements entered into with the Company by the following individuals, the following purchases were made:

• Margherita Della Valle, a Director of the Company, purchased 652 Shares at a price of 295.20 pence per Share;
• Ian Meakins, a Director of the Company, purchased 479 Shares at a price of 295.20 pence per Share; and
• Lesley Knox, a Director of the Company, purchased 689 Shares at a price of 295.20 pence per Share.

The Company was notified of the transactions, which all took place in London, on 27 October 2014.
