Director/PDMR Shareholding
On 24 June 2014, Grant Dawson, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility (PDMR), sold 325,000 Centrica plc ordinary shares of 614/81 pence (Shares) from his personal holding at a price of 318.7400 pence per Share.
