PDMR shareholdings

Exercise of Sharesave Options

On 7 June 2013, the following transactions occurred in respect of options held under the Company’s Sharesave scheme:

• Sam Laidlaw, a Director of the Company, exercised an option over 3,977 Shares, at the option price of 228.16 pence per share, from his 2010 Sharesave 3-year scheme;
• Phil Bentley, a Director of the Company, exercised an option over 3,977 Shares, at the option price of 228.16 pence per share, from his 2010 Sharesave 3-year scheme;
• Grant Dawson, a PDMR of the Company, exercised an option over 7,392 Shares, at the option price of 227.24 pence per share, from his 2008 Sharesave 5-year scheme;

Following the above transactions, the aggregate Shares held beneficially (across all accounts) in respect of the relevant Director or PDMR are as follows:

Sam Laidlaw: 2,510,079 Shares

Phil Bentley: 2,096,780 Shares

Grant Dawson: 582,421 Shares

The above figures exclude any vested but unexercised nil cost options as follows: Sam Laidlaw: 643,444; Grant Dawson: 144,509.

The Company was notified of the transactions, which all took place in London

on 7 June 2013.
