MOODY’S CONFIRMS A3 RATING OF CENTRICA
Centrica plc notes that Moody’s Investors Service has today confirmed the A3 issuer rating and senior unsecured ratings and the provisional (P)A3 rating on the USD10 billion Euro Medium Term Note (EMTN) programme of Centrica plc. The outlook on all ratings is negative. This concludes the review of the rating that was initiated on 29 April 2014.
