Centrica plc has been informed that, as of 26 July 2022, Carol Arrowsmith has ceased to be a non-executive director of Vivo Energy plc ("Vivo") following the acquisition of all of Vivo's share capital by Vitol Group and the delisting and cancelling of Vivo's shares from the main market of the London Stock Exchange.
Mrs Arrowsmith continues to be a Non-Executive Director of Centrica plc where she remains the Chair of the Remuneration Committee.
