In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14R (2), Centrica plc announces that Stephen Hester, Senior Independent Director, will be joining the Board of Kyndryl Holdings, Inc. ('Kyndryl') as lead independent director. Stephen will join the Board of Kyndryl upon the completion of its spin-off from International Business Machines Corporation, which the Company understands is expected to happen by the end of 2021.
