Remuneration Committee Membership

Centrica plc today announces the following change to its Board and Committee membership.

Having served as a member of the Remuneration Committee since 1 January 2011, Margherita Della Valle has stepped down from the Remuneration Committee with effect from 17 October 2018.

Stephen Hester, Senior Independent Director, has succeeded Margherita as a member of the Remuneration Committee with effect from the same date.
