Board Announcement

Centrica plc announces that Mike Linn, Non-Executive Director of the Company, will not be standing for re-election at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company due to his increasing commitments in the United States. Steve Pusey will replace Mike as Chairman of the Safety, Health, Environment, Security and Ethics Committee (SHESEC).

Centrica’s Chairman, Rick Haythornthwaite said “Mike has served on the Board for three years and we are indebted for his insight and contribution over that period. We understand his decision to stand down. A search for a new non-executive director has commenced.”

Mike Linn will leave the Board on 18 April 2016.
