Proposed acquisition of Ventura Investment Management Limited (VIML) - Results of Scheme Meetings

Centrepoint Alliance Limited (CAF) is pleased to advise that, in accordance with the previously announced Scheme of Arrangement, Scheme meetings were held today at which the shareholders of VIML voted to approve the acquisition by CAF of all externally owned shares in VIML.

Subject to receipt of the necessary regulatory approvals, the Scheme is expected to be completed with the issue of CAF shares to external VIML shareholders in exchange for their VIML shares on 16 August 2011.
