COMUNICATO STAMPA

CENTRALE DEL LATTE D'ITALIA: perfezionato l'accordo con ZERBINATI nel settore delle insalate e delle zuppe fresche.

Si rende noto che con efficacia 1° settembre 2018 è stata perfezionata l'operazione di cessione da parte di Centrale del Latte d'Italia S.p.A. (CLI) a Zerbinati srl - azienda italiana leader di mercato nella produzione di insalate e verdure pronte al consumo, convenzionali e biologiche e di piatti pronti freschi - della business unit "Salads & Fruits", localizzata a Casteggio (PV) e preposta alla produzione delle insalate di IV gamma.

Si ricorda che l'operazione permetterà a CLI, attraverso i propri canali di vendita, di commercializzare sui territori presidiati dal Gruppo le insalate e gli altri prodotti dell'ampia gamma Zerbinati (zuppe, vellutate, contorni, burger gluten-free e flan vegetali).

L'operazione garantisce la continuità produttiva e l'impiego dei 26 addetti ad oggi presenti a Casteggio.

Per tutte le procedure la Zerbinati srl è stata assistita da Vitale&Co in qualità di advisor finanziario e per gli aspetti legali dallo Studio Legale Capra, mentre CLI per tutti gli aspetti legali è stata assistita da Chiomenti.

PRESS RELEASE CENTRALE DEL LATTE D'ITALIA: agreement concluded with ZERBINATI in the fresh soups and salads sector.

Please note that 1 September saw the conclusion of the transaction for the sale on the part of Centrale del Latte d'Italia S.p.A. (CLI) of the "Salads & Fruits" business unit for the production of fresh salads, located in Casteggio (Pavia) to Zerbinati srl – an Italian market leader in the production of conventional and organic ready-to-eat vegetables and salads, and of fresh ready meals.

This operation will allow CLI, through its own sales channels, to sell the salads and other products in the extensive Zerbinati range (soups, cream soups, side servings, gluten-free burgers and vegetable flans) in the areas where the Group is present.

The operation will guarantee continuity of production and employment for the 26 workers currently present in the Casteggio factory.

For all the necessary procedures, Zerbinati srl was assisted by Vitale&Co, as financial advisor, and Studio Legale Capra law firm for the legal aspects, while CLI was assisted by Chiomenti for the legal aspects.
