Santos Farmout Update

Central Petroleum Ltd (ASX: CTP) (“Central”) advises that it has completed the farmout with Santos for the Simpson, Pellinor and Bejah Blocks within EP97 announced on 4 April 2013.

This fully completes the farm-out transaction with Santos in respect of all the areas covered by their joint venture agreement covering more than 18.7 million acres in the Amadeus and Pedirka Basins.
