CENTRAL GLOBAL BERHAD ("CGB OR "THE COMPANY") QUARTERLY DISCLOSURE ON THE PROVISION OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
Pursuant to paragraph 8.23(1)(ii) and paragraph 3 of Practice Note 11 of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad Main Market Listing Requirements, the Board of Directors of CGB wishes to announce that the aggregate amount of financial assistance provided by its wholly-owned sub-subsidiary, Proventus Bina Sdn. Bhd. as at 31 March 2026 to facilitate the ordinary course of business of CGB Group is set out below:-
