The board of directors (the ‘‘Board’’) of Zhong Fa Zhan Holdings Limited (the ‘‘Company’’) hereby announces that with effect from 26 January 2013, the Company’s principal share registrar and transfer agent in the Cayman Islands will be changed to:

The Company’s branch share registrar and transfer office in Hong Kong is still maintained by Tricor Investor Services Limited of 26th Floor, Tesbury Centre, 28 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong.
