RESIGNATION OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

The board of directors (the “Board”) of Noble Jewelry Holdings Limited (the “Company”) hereby announces that Mr. Chan Wing Nang (“Mr. Chan”) has tendered his resignation as an executive director of the Company with effect from 1 April 2011 due to other business engagements, which require more of his time. Mr. Chan has confirmed that he has no disagreement with the Board and there is no matter relating to his resignation that needs to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company.

The Board would like to express its appreciation to Mr. Chan for his invaluable contribution to the Company during his tenure of office.
