The board of directors (the ‘‘Board’’) of Zhong Fa Zhan Holdings Limited (the ‘‘Company’’) hereby announces that if the Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 (or above) or the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is hoisted or remains hoisted at 8: 00 a.m. on 17 August 2012, the annual general meeting of the Company to be held at Empire Room 1, 1/F., Empire Hotel Hong Kong, 33 Hennessy Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong on 17 August 2012 at 10: 00 a.m. will be adjourned. Further announcement for notifying details (including the time and venue) of the adjourned meeting will be made by the Company (if necessary) in due course.
