Sub: Change in Compliance Officer Re: Disclosure under Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

This is with reference to our letter CDSL/CS/NSE/ANP/2021/84 dated March 25, 2021 intimating the resignation submitted by Smt. Amita Paunikar, Vice President -Legal & Company Secretary due to personal reasons.

The Company is in the process of appointing a new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. The Board in its meeting held on March 25, 2021 decided to appoint a compliance officer as per SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 during the interim period. Accordingly, Ms. Nisha Tiwari, a Qualified Company Secretary (ACS 63302) is appointed as the Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from April 06, 2021 during the interim period. Ms. Nisha Tiwari, Qualified Company Secretary (ACS 63302) would act as the Compliance Officer for the purpose of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018, SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011 and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 till another Company Secretary and Compliance Officer is appointed.

The undersigned shall continue to be the Compliance Officer for the purpose of the SEBI (D&P) Regulations, 2018.
