RESULT OF THE FIFTH TRANCHE OF SHORT-TERM NOTES IN 2014

This announcement is made by the board (the “ Board ”) of directors (the “ Directors ” and each a “ Director ”) of Central China Securities Co., Ltd. (the “ Company ”).

On 17 December 2014, the Company has completed the tender for the issue of the fifth tranche short-term notes in 2014 (the “ Fifth Tranche Short-term Notes ”). Details of the result of the issue of the Fifth Tranche Short-term Notes as follows:
