("CAML" or the "Company")

Transaction in Own Shares

The Company announces that, following the exercise of employee share options, it has today transferred 278,719 ordinary shares of US$0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") which were previously held in treasury to satisfy the exercise of awards of participants under its employee share option schemes.

Following the above transaction, the Company now holds 1,040,210 Ordinary Shares as treasury shares and its total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights is 85,125,724.

Shareholders may use this figure as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
