CAML announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2013 and notice of its Annual General Meeting have been posted to shareholders and can be downloaded from the Company's website at www.centralasiametals.com.

The Company's Annual General Meeting is to be held at Ashurst LLP, Broadwalk House, 5 Appold Street, London, EC2A 2HA at 12:00 noon on 16 June 2014.
